Job Title:Archivist 

Reports to:Executive Director 

Term:One year (52 weeks) 

Salary:$18/hour 

Hours of work:40 per week  

JOB OVERVIEW 

The Archivist performs appraisals, arranges, describes, preserves, and provides reference services for historic documents at the Gage County Museum. This position will identify and document the archival materials in the collection. The Archivist is responsible for the access, professional care, management, and maintenance of the Museum’s archives. This position is funded by the Martha and Margaret Thomas Foundation for the Community Archives Project.
